To calculate the total price of a card:
Add the price of printing
the price of printing your info on the back
the price of the card stock
the price of the envelope
the price of the card sleeve or box
For example: you had a 5 x 6.65  card printed on flat felt stock with matching A7 envelope with your
background info on the back and a card sleeve:
printing                                              .40
printing b&w info on back                  .06
card stock   & envelope                     .35
card sleeve                                        ..09
                          Subtotal:                  .90 cents per card
Now add that portion of the scanning and set up fee which pertains to  this card
i.e. if the scan fee was $12 and you have 20 cards printed, it would be 60 cents per card, if it was $12 and you
had 50 cards printed, it would be 24 cents per card.
In the example above if you only print 20 cards and the portion of the set up fee is $0.60 then you have paid
$1.40 per card.  If you had 50 cards printed and the portion of the set was 24 cents per card then you paid
$1.04 per card.  Obviously the more cards you print the smaller the portion of the set up fee applies to each
card.  Just as obviously if you do not get card sleeves or print info on the back it changes your price.
The scan fee only applies the FIRST time you have work on that particular image done (unless you
ask for reworking down the line) so any additional cards printed later from that image changes the
amount you have paid per card.

To calculate the total price of a print:
Add the price of printing a full page  (prints which fit in 8x10 mats are printed 2 to a page) with med (not
recommended) or heavy coverage  (This will go up in January)
the price of the paper
the price of the mat
the price of the backer (matboard or foamcore)
the price of art sleeve
For example: you had a 11x14  print printed on watercolor paper, a single mat, foamcore backing  and a art
sleeve:
printing                                           4.00
paper                                              1.43
single mat                                        2.10
foamcore backing                              .85
art sleeve                                           .23
fee for assembling                              .50

Subtotal:               $9.11 cents per print ready to sell
Now add that portion of the scanning and set up fee which pertains to  this print
i.e. if the scan fee was $12 and you have 5 prints made it would be $2.40 per print, if it was $12 and you had10
prints made  it would be $1.20 per print.
In the example above if you only print 5 prints and the portion of the set up fee is $2.40 then you have paid
$11.51  per print.  If you had 10 prints made and the portion of the set up fee was $1.20 per print,  then you
paid $10.31 per print.  Obviously the more prints you print the smaller the portion of the set up fee applies to
each print.  Just as obviously if you do not get art sleeves or have them matted it changes the price.
The scan fee only applies the FIRST time you have work on that particular image done (unless you
ask for reworking down the line) so any additional prints made later from that image changes the
amount you have paid per print.
